Genton Cockrum Partners was selected by historical owners as Co-Developer in 2021 initially providing development, entitlement, asset management, property management and leasing services. The site is currently comprised of approximately 125,000 square feet of existing retail buildings located on approximately six acres of land. Current tenants include Pinz, Staples, Carney’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, City National Bank, and Coffee Bean.
